Welcome to Vegoria

My name is Jason, the creator of Vegoria.

I am a train driver, husband and father of two wonderful children, Freya and Zach.

They are the inspiration behind my journey into creating and publishing my first in a series of books.

Initially I was filled with self doubt, wondering if my ideas would rub off on children the way my brain assumed they would.

That self doubt soon disappeared when I saw the joy on the faces of my children.

They have kept me going through difficult times, ensuring I do not give up, asking for stickers and temporary tattoos for their water bottles and school books.

Moments like these alone make me realise why I am doing this.

Vegoria came about because I want children to understand and recognise that healthy food doesn't have to be boring food if eaten and tried in the correct dishes.

The ironic part behind the start of this journey with Jackie and Rose potato is that I myself don't actually eat potato!

Looking forward into the future, I don't see myself getting rich off of these ideas.

I do, however, see that inspiring my children is more important than money.
